Property is a tough industry at the best of times, but when the economy is troubled it takes something special to grab the interest of potential investors. So when APS Growth talked to us about a direct marketing campaign for their newest project, we knew that it needed the ‘Team Scope’ treatment – a concept designed to deliver a big impact. The design is reminiscent of a blueprint, which ties in nicely with the property offering, but it’s the nifty folding that really engages the recipient. As the A5 invite emerges from its matching envelope, each ‘unfold’ ignites new interest, revealing elegantly styled information and stunning photographs of the location, before finishing with the grand finale – an A2 black-and-white artist’s sketch of the residential tower that’s being showcased. The result is an easy-to-deliver direct marketing campaign that’s hard to go past.
